SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Biodegradable R Us our goal is to provide you an easy one stop shopping experience. And part of that experience is having to wait as little as possible to receive your purchase.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday on in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will be sent a confirmation by email when your order is shipped.

Biodegradable R Us uses Canada Post and Purolator courier for all shipments. Shipping costs are included on any order being shipped within Canada.

RETURNS

All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be done within 14 days of your receipt of the order. All returns must be sent back with a completed "Product Return Form". Please contact us via email and we will email you a copy of the form. Return shipping fees will be refunded back to you in the event your product was defective or shipped in error. Return items must be in the same brand new and unopened condition.

Return items MUST meet these requirements.

• Return must be done within 14 days.
• Product must be in brand new, unopened condition.
• Must be accompanied by product return form.
